Suggest Treatment For Acne
i am 18 years old and i have used benzoyl peroxide before but it did not do much good . Then i used deriva cms but still i don't see any difference . what do u think is the best treatment for acne for me ? My face is covered with acne scars and how can i clear that ?

Understanding your concern. As per your query acne and scars which occur when there is hormonal changes, stress and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are already taking benzoyl peroxide but not get benefited. I would suggest you to drink plenty of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Apply Adapelene gel once at night. Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Apply Meladerm cream and it is purely safe to use as this is combination of hydroquinone, Tretinoin and steroid and apply it at night time. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and can also go for chemical peel containing Glycolic acid.
