Hi, although I'm not from Hyderabad, i would like to give you some suggestions that you may already know but may find helpful anyways

The cause of acne is excess sebum and oils from the glands in the face.

the first line of treatment of acne is not oral drug therapy

management depends on the number and severity of the acne and if there is pus or not i.e is it infective.

for normal acne, that is common in occurence, topical creams and facewashes are prescribed. most commonly used are Retinoids and clindamycin plus adapalene etc. A commonly used brand is oint.retino AC (to be applied locally at night time.

if it doesnt work, then oral tretinoin may be used. in severe cases antibiotics in lower doses for longer times may be required

hope this was helpful to enhance your knowledge. please do rate the answer and give your valuable feedback.

regards,
Dr. Jay Singh
