Suggest Treatment For Acne Scars

Hi doctor..I m having pimples frm the las two months I consulted to a doctor also but the results are not vry good ,pimples have been reduced a little bit but they left many spots , my age is 35 and I never had pimples before. Plss suggest me what should I do.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns.

As per your complain pimples can occur due to a number of causes like clogged pores, hormonal imbalances, oily skin, bacterial infection, inflammation and excess sun exposure..
You can wash your face with salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash, apply gels containing Clindamycin and Niacinamide and Benzoyl Peroxide over the pimples..
Apply Retinoid containing Adapelene gel..
Do cool compresses and scrub your face twice a week..
For dark spots left after pimples you can appLy Kojic acid, glycolic acid and abutin containing creams..
You can apply Vitamin E gel at night..
You can also apply azelic acid creams..
You can also limit sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when going into sun..
Take Vitamin C supplements..
You can also go for Microdermabrasion, Fractional CO2 lazer and chemical peeling..
