Suggest Treatment For Acne On Face

hi doctor, i have little bit pimple on my face. i was used betnovate cream my friend suggest me, i used it over face for 3 days i get relief but as i leave it i have again pimple on my face. i was fair complexion i use ponds cream but now my skin is looking so dull.. my skin is very sensitive when i use anything i got pimple on my face. but fair n lovely suits me. please suggest me some products that i used for long as i can..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Acne Vulgaris or Pimples can occur due to a number of causes like hormonal imbalances, oily skin, clogged pores, bacterial infection, inflammation, excessive sun exposure etc..
I would suggest you to start taking a combination of antibiotics and anti Acne topical treatment..
You can wash your face with Salicylic acid facewash.
Apply ointment, creams or gels containing Clindamycin + Niacinamide and Benzoyl Peroxide..
Apply Adapelene gel at night in just a thin layer over the pimples..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week with a gentle scrub..
Do cool compresses over the pimples..
Avoid excessive sun exposure and always apply sunscreen lotion when exactly to sun..
In case of no improvement consult a Dermatologist and he can advise Oral intake of antibiotics like Minocycline, Muricoprin or Clindamycin..
Oral retinoids like Isotretinoin and treatment like Cryotherapy, Microdermabrasion and chemical peeling can be advised..
