Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne on face, neck , chest and back which is due to abundance of sebaceous glands in these areas which once gets clogged leads to accumulation of dead bacteria. I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. Don't pick or touch acne. Apply betnovate cream on these acne 2-3 times a day. Consult your dermatologist if condition doesn't get better for proper examination .Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics or oral retinods. You can go for laser therapy as well. Apply vitamin E oil at night.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
