Acne marks. Need cleaner complexion also a solution to dry patches on face.

I am a 34-female unmarried Indian overweight 5'1 64 kgs - high testostorone level. Acne almost gone. Used adaferin and nadibact for 4 months. I get red in sun. And on applying nadibact or any other cream for that matter my face prespires a lot in the t-zone. my skin has big pores. Dry patches around nose and upper lip and top of cheek bones. Many times face burns on applying nadibact or any other cream due to dryness. please advice.

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne marks and dry patches on face mainly because hormonal changes, stress and excessive exposure to sunlight and hyperactive sebaceous glands which produce excessive sebum and cause clogging of skin pores. I would suggest you to start with topical application of Saslic DS which is face wash you should use regularly. You should apply gel containing clindamycin in the morning and benzoyl peroxide at night time. You should visit dermatologist once and get yourself examined. Drink plenty of water. Don't use any cosmetics containing much chemicals.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
