Suggest Treatment For Acne And Its Scars
I am 38 years old and have been having acne since puberty. Have tried various meds, oral and application and have also gone in for dermabration but no use. It is concentrated mostly around my lips, i.e. chin, upper lip and base of nose and jaw line. It leaves heavy scaring and is most in the form of pustules sometimes small sometimes big. I have lost all my self esteem and hate to even look at my face now. What best treatment can i get in Apollo chennai? I need to get rid of them permanently, both the acne and scars and the pits they have left behind on my cheeks.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and scars around chin, upper lip and base of nose and jaw line which occur when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. It seems you are having sever form of cane infection known as cystic acne. You should exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream. You should apply clindamycin gel as well. You should drink 4-5 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course and laser therapy and micro-peeling as well. Apply isotrintoin on face at night time on daily basis.
