I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that you have got post inflammatory hyperpigmentation secondary to popping the pimples..
In case if you still have pimples you should apply topical creams containing Benzoyl Peroxide and Clindamycin..
Apply Retinoids like Adapelene gel at night..
You should do cool compresses over the pimples..
Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water..
For dark spots apply creams containing Kojic Acid, Glycolic acid and arbutin..
You can wash your face with Salicylic acid and glycolic acid containing facewash..
Exfoliate your skin twice a week..
Always apply sunscreen lotion when exposed to sun..
You can also go for treatment like Microdermabrasion, Photofacial, chemical peeling etc
