Suggest Treatment For Acidity And Lower Abdominal Pain

Hi, female 25yrs..I ve been suffering from acidity problem & have severe pain in lett lower abdomen...This pain occurw evvery now & then...I take cap rabimac dsr often..please suggest me which specialist to consult & do I need to go for any diagnosis? Thank you!

Hi thanks for asking question...

As far as doctor is concerned gastroenterologist is best one for consultation.

You could have chronic ulcer like condition with acidity...Take rabeprazole for complete 2 week...

If still problem present then left lower abdominal pain has to be ruled out like diverticulitis or colitis like condition...
USG abdomen done for it....

Meanwhile take more fruits
Avoid excess spicy and fatty food.
Drink more water...
Avoid smoking and alcohol...

If still pain there according to examination If needed colonoscopy done for further work up....
