Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux?

Hi I m 28 5 7 145lbs female and for about 6 years now I have had acid reflux and can have very bad at times nausea, never vomit. Sometimes I have the pain so bad if feels like someone has punched me in the stomach.I have taken Prilosec, pepto bismol, Zantac, Prevacid, Tagamet and have been on metoclopramide for some time. I do not smoke and try to stay away from foods and drinks that can aggravate it. I ve had X-rays, ultrasounds, endoscope done and they have found nothing. I m getting to the point now where i can t take this pain and having the nausea almost everyday of my life. I ve been to 3 different doctors and they can not find anything.

Thanks for contacting healthcare magic.

According to your complain you have problem of gastroesophageal reflux disease that can treated by proper diet and lifestyle modifications.

Avoid citrus ,chocolate and spicy foods.
Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Take small amount of meal and chew properly.
Avoid Immeadiat lying down after meal.

At sleeping time elevate your head.
Proton pump inhibitor drugs helpful.
After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a gastroenterologist for further treatment.

I hope my guidance is helpful to you..
Take care.
