Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux

Hello, I have acid reflux and trying to get it under control with diet. I was wondering, is ghee ok to eat? I was told butter was not good because of fat and milk solids. Since clarifying butter removes the milk solids, would it be a good option to use when cooking veggies?

Thanks for coming to HCM.
Yes ghee is good since it is soumya in nature. Better to avoid buffallow ghee but chose cow ghee.
Best way is to take maximum fibers in food and non spicy and light food. At night only fibers, salads be preferred at least 2 hrs. before bedtime.
Antacid herbal medicine, very simple and economic may be prescribed for added advantage, if you so desire.
Please exclude any hiatus hernia to keep complications at bay.
May I be of any more help please?
