HI Thanks for posting your query to Healthcaremagic. You can give Prilosec which is much better than Pepcid ac . But if she is throwing up she may not retain Prilosec also . She needs to be taken to ER or hospital and has to be given Injections to prevent vomiting first and then an injection for her hyperacidity and reflux . Once her nausea or vomiting is controlled she can be brought back with a prescription medicines of PPI s , Anti-emetic medicines and Antacid solution.
