Suggest Treatment For Abscess In The Back Tooth During Pregnancy

I am 13 weeks pregnant and i need dental care i have an abscess it is hard to get food down because the abscess is sitting on my back tooth i can barely open my mouth i'm scared my baby will die if i don't eat something. but i can't get my mouth open and my OBGYN won't release me to get dental work. I'm in soooo much pain.

Hello dear,I undersand your concern.In my opinion any procedure can be planned in second trimester ie 13-28 weeks of pregnancy.So i would suggest you to consult dentist and take the opinion.Take panadol for pain.And warm salt water gargling might also give you relief.Any infection might not be left because that might lead to preterm labour sometimes.Dont worry.
