Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain,back Pain And Umbilical Hernia

For two months I have had abdominal pain, worse after eating, chills no fever, and back pain.Ct scan only showed I have a umbilical hernia, and ultrasound found I had a fatty liver. Dr gave me antibiotics for mild uti, finished meds, still in pain, almost like labor pains

I really appreciate your concern, the given history could be suggestive of some hyperacidity and in my opinion it can be well managed with "Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg" once in day at evening time avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spicy food prior to bed, hope this information helps.
