Hello,
Welcome to HCM
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
You have all the symptoms of appendicitis,or colitis.
You need to get appendicitis ruled out by clinical examination as well.
If appendicitis is ruled out then you should be given treatment for colitis.
If I was your treating doctor, I would prescribe, ciploxtz for 5 to 7 days with antispasmodics.
Hope this suggestion will help you.
Good Luck.
