Suggest treatment for abdominal pain

Have had random abdominal pains for a few weeks. Sometimes the left side, sometimes the right, sometimes high, sometimes low. Not all day....What could be causing this? I had an endoscopy done in April. I do have a small hiatal hernia. I also have a herniated disc that affects my siatic nerve.

Hi,

Abdomen is a magic box. With limited inputs, it is difficult to make out the cause of your random abdominal pain. It could be due to non-ulcer dyspepsia. Treatment is with PPI like oral Pantoprazole course. Or else it is intestinal colic which has myriad reasons.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
