Suggest treatment for abdominal pain

Have had random abdominal pains for a few weeks. Sometimes the left side, sometimes the right, sometimes high, sometimes low. Not all day....What could be causing this? I had an endoscopy done in April. I do have a small hiatal hernia. I also have a herniated disc that affects my siatic nerve.
