General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

You have history of sudden pain in abdomen and white urine that might be pus excretion in urine...

So here your work up needed with....
-USG abdomen
-Urine examination and culture
-CBC etc...

These investigation will reveal your cause like that of acute UTI, cystitis, stone formation in urinary tract etc...

According to cause further treatment can be guided...

You will need to give antibiotic If bacterial infection there..

If stone size large than operative measures might needed

Take care

Advise : Consult physician for examination.... And further work up
