HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

An infection either viral or bacterial can cause these symptoms and are most likely if you not have a previous history of reflux (severe reflux can also cause the symptoms mentioned).

Treatment would involve : (1) holding off solid food till there is a 4 hour window with no symptoms.

When this time frame occurs, start with a small amount of dry foods first only increasing if this is tolerated

(2)fluids are important to prevent and treat dehydration. Sport drinks or oral rehydration products would be the best option because these would give back both fluids and electrolytes
Eg gatorade or powerade

(3)medications such as zantac or pepcid would be helpful to reduce your symptoms of reflux
Dramamine or pepto bismol would help with the vomiting

If the symptoms are severe or you are very concerned then you should see your doctor for an assessment and further treatment.

I hope this helps
