Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain, Diarrhea And Back Pain

Abdominal pain across belly button and lower.. Started last night and worsening.. Had three episodes of diarrhoea today.. Passing losts of gas with no relief.. Must admit I had extremely bad back pain last week due to old injuries so took 75mg diclac with food but haven t taken them in 3days.. Could this be the cause?

no..diclo is not the cause..it may be git infection.., toxin in food is causing such symptoms of gas , diarrhoea etc
have cbc and stool examination and antibiotic course..
