General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It may be due to gastritis or stomach ulcer or indigestion. You may require tablet Pantoprazole and tablet Ondensetron after consultation. Kindly take light and soft diet. Avoid heavy meal and sleep immediately after the food.

If not recovering then kindly do Upper GI endoscopy after consultation to rule out peptic ulcers. Do regular exercise for 30 to 40 min daily.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale,
