Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Constipation
I am having abdominal pain it feels like when i stand up or walk like the inside of my stomach is going to fall out of me, it almost feels like i need to push a bowel movement out or urinate but when i try it causes more pain. This happened last week as well and went away after i layed down for a few hours. I am at work and cant lay down, i had my period on the 10th and it lasted for 4 days, i had intercourse on the 11th during my period, but no intercourse since then. I am not taking any medication and I am not on birth control.
But it needs to be evaluated by complete history taking,thoroughly clinical examination and various investigations.
Without this I won't be able to comment surely. So,you will require complete hemogram,urine and ultrasound abdomen with pelvis to rule out any infection or pelvic inflammatory disease.
Meanwhile, you can take over the counter analgesics and antiinflammatories (combiflam) with antacids like tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg.
Consult surgeon who will know all the tests and can prescribe you appropriate the tests.
