Hi
Welcome to health care magic,

This abdominal pain is either due to acute gastroenteritis or might be related to your menses.

But it needs to be evaluated by complete history taking, thoroughly clinical examination and various investigations.

Without this I won't be able to comment surely.
So,you will require complete hemogram, urine and ultrasound abdomen with pelvis to rule out any infection or pelvic inflammatory disease.

Meanwhile, you can take over the counter analgesics and antiinflammatories (combiflam) with antacids like tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg.

Consult surgeon who will know all the tests and can prescribe you appropriate the tests.

Regards,
I find this answer helpful
