Noted your history of gall bladder surgery for stones 7 months ago but got pancreatitis 3 months ago, ERCP is planned but not yet done and now have pain in abdomen, bloating, bad wind,want to go for poop but only yellow brown discharge comes out. All the history is suggestive of the following with solutions mentioned: First of all get the stool test done to see whether this is entero-colitis or something else. Pancreatitis needs ERCP but you can also opt for the other tests such as MRI called MRCP, Upper GI Endoscopy with ultrasound called as ENDO-US which can show stone beautifully. If the stone is found it needs to be removed asap. Get treated the intestinal condition and see whether the problem with pancreatic enzyme insufficiency. Get pancreatic enzyme supplements to be taken with food. Get the repeated Liver function tests particularly the alkaline phoshatase and GGT as these increase in case there is obstruction to the flow of bile into the duodenum and also needs to rule out cancer and such problems which might have caused the gall stones and pancreatitis.
