what is the symptoms to lower abdominal pain poly cystic ovaries 9-on the right 7- o the left but small retro-vetted uterus lower back pain no appetite change no headache has had symptoms for 2 years symptoms have worsened past six months family history of #2 and irregular mehsirual cycle.

Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is a hormonal imbalance disorder affecting menstrual cycle and ovulation leading to difficulty in conceiving.
However, it is a treatable condition and when medications are given to correct them, there is a possibility of improvement in chances of conceiving.

What medications are given would help to:
1. Regularize your cycles.
2. Help to ovulate in time.

Abdominal pain what you could be experiencing might be due to pain during menstruation (dysmenorrhea).

It would be better to evaluate your hormonal levels by doing a blood test.

Kindly consult Gynecologist with the reports for evaluation and management.
