General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of postoperative obstruction.

You have to get an emergency CT scan to assess the condition.

Continue present line of management it is better to keep him nil per oral.

Make him walk and move around as prolonged bed rest may worsen the condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
