Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Cramps And Dysentery

I am having mild abdominal cramps and dysentric stool (once or twice) for the past 15 days. I consulted a doctor who prescribed Pancreoflat and Oflaxin for 5 days but there is only slight improvement. Routine Stool test has shown nothin abnormal other than mucous. I am 42 male, wt 55, height 5.8

It is due to some sort of gastric infection. Take some antibiotic like norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion along with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for the abdominal cramps. Take cap rekool-d or omez-d empty stomach. If still not improved then you have to go for abdominal ultrasound to isolate the cause and take further treatment.
