General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to gastritis. Gastritis can cause excessive hunger. As your periods are irregular better to rule out hypothyroidism by doing thyroid profile test. If that is normal then an ultrasound examination of abdomen and pelvis should be done to rule out pelvic pathology and to know the status of your uterus.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
