Suggest Treatment For Abdominal And Back Pain

I m a female, 58 years old. I ve been having lower back and front hip/abdominal pain for one month. I had some left over pain pills and used them. Now I m without and I can tell it s worse than I realized. It s moderate to severe depending on my position. Lying down, especially on my back is the worse. Getting up and sitting down is bad. Now the pain in my abdomen is mostly on my right side. I had 2 C sections, one in 1991 and one in 1994. I ve tried to keep myself from going to a Doctor because I m on Medicare and Medicaid. It s pretty rough right now.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some degenerative changes in your lumbo-sacral spines giving this problem.
There isanother possibility of having some problem with your uro-genital tract.
Go for x-ray lumbo-sacral spines,
Ultra sound of abdomen,
Routine urine check up.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
