Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Adhesions

Yes. I have a bowel obstruction due to adhesions which I reasonably am certain I know the location of and would like to have surgery with a small incision. I know another adhesion can grow but they do take time and I am currently 71. Is this a reasonable solution? YYYY@YYYY
