I've had 2 c-sections due to kids. My first one I healed up really good. My second will be a yr the 25th of this month and it's not healed up yet. My dr. is suggesting surgery for a suture but I also have another spot that's an open wound and the skin around it is thin I've been to 2 different doctors and nothing is working. What should I do because I'm in constant pain. Please Help!!
hi,you must take up resuturing but before that you have to be sure that the wound is free of any kind of infection,as if infection is present the wound will again give way.you must tell your doctor to take a wound culture and sensitivity.in the meantime start taking augmentin 625 mg twice a day for 5 day and metrogyl 400 mg three times a day for 5 days and pan 40 twice a day for 5 days.also take chymoral forte twice a day for 5 days.this will make the wound sterile and reduce your pain and inflammation and and make sure it does nt give way this time.take care and all the best.
