Suggest Treatment For A Wound In The Throat
I have wound close to my throat. The wound is more than 8 weeks old. Sometimes it subsides and for the last few days it is paining (not severe pain) when I speak. I have no problem in eating. I have tried some gargles and also took tab erythrocin. Please advise me some remedy; medicine etc. Thank you.

Hello,
As of now start a short course of antibiotics preferably amoxclav.
Do warm saline gargles also.
If symptoms persist better to do a throat swab and start antibiotics accordingly.
