contact lens causes mainly dry eye leading to corneal erosion. it should be removed at bedtime. artificial tear drop is only remedy. now you can get your eye examined by eye doctor and see the corneal involvement.discontinue contact lens for some time and use specks. apply artificial tear drop during this time
