Suggest Treatment For A Throat Discomfort

I have a fish bone stuck deep down in my throat. I have tried the usual methods for dislodging it but it seems to be still there. It is causing me great discomfort. Should I request a check by ENT? Or can the bone dissolve and become part of the soft tissue? Thank you
