Suggest Treatment For A Swollen Earlobe And A Gland Under It

I had dry skin from foam at a party I attended. My skin began flaking off. Due to irritation I began scratching at the back of my earlobe. A few days ago I began getting a sore throat and pain when swallowing. All of this along with some serious fits of allergies. Now i had a swollen earlobe and gland directly under it. It doesn t hurt except for when touched and even then it s just tender.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

The enlarged lymph gland is likely to be due to an infection of your ear and this may cause pain while swallowing and tenderness in the neck. You may need a course of antibiotics and for this i would like you to meet your ent doctor , Meanwhile you should clean the site 2-3 times a day apply mupirocin ointment after cleaning.

Thanks
