Suggest Treatment For A Sore Spot On The Spine And Severe Scoliosis
I have a very sore spot on my spine that feels like a bruise but nothing visible. Has been this way for many, many months. I have severe scoliosis with 3 curves (25, 59, 40) Ortho says its muscle related. Would massage help at all? I only take Advil or Tylenol for pain & don t like muscle relaxers.
