Suggest Treatment For A Small Lump On The Abdomen

Hi, I have had a marble sized ball shaped lump on my left upper abdomen for almost 6 years now, I ve done lots of googling about lipoma which my doctor has told me it is but for some reason I don t think he s right, because the lump doesn t match my skin colour, where the lump rises it is actually very veiny and dark purple and I ve never seen lipoma that is coloured differently, and it s also a lot hotter than the rest if my body at any given time if you press you re finger down anywhere on my body and then press down on the lump it always seems to give off more heat than anywhere els. Also I ve had tons of occasions where I will have a shooting pain run through the lump where it feels like it s a pulsating pain that last for a minute it feels like the shooting pain matches my heart rate and is isocloated in the lump which is very odd. I also have very severe stomach aches on occasions where my entire stomachs feels like it s just fighting with each other. AND to top it all of since Feb 2016 up until now June 2016 I have been having consistent non stop day in and day out 8 out of every 10 hours of heart pain, constricted and feels like it is working harder that it needs to in order to work. My life has gone down hill since the heart problems the lump I ve lived with for over 5 years but ever since my heart issues it s made me think everything could be tied together some how and my doctors refuse to attack two problems at a time so it s either I m there to talk about my heart issue or my lump so that sucks. I m 24 years I do have body fat but I m not over weight just slightly out of shape I have a active job I smoked cigarettes everyday since I was about 16 - 17 but have quit for over a month now and nothingn seems to have been fixed, I also have smoked marijuana since that age and quit since 3 months ago because now listen to this up until my last couple days of smoking marijuana my heart pains would be so much worse when under the influence of marijuana it would make all my pains worse and my heart would hurt so much more so I had to quit in order to lessen the pain but it still is here I have sleeping problems because my heart isn t racing but pounds throughout my body when lying down like it s heavy pulsation I can feel my pulse through my neck jaw wherever my body is applying pressure if I lie on my stomach like my neck and arms feels a huge pulse. I fee like it s going to slowly kill me my heart pains are no joke enough to make me stay at home everyday when I ve a very active out going person in losing friends and my girlfriend over this because I can go a minute without holding my chest because of how badly my heart is in constant pain like someone s holding it tightly in their hands I googled lots of angina and seems like my heart isn t getting enough oxygen maybe a blood clot ?
