Suggest Treatment For A Scratched Cornea

I went to the doctor yesterday and I have a sctratched corena he wahsed it out and put a patch on it and it still hurts alot and tylenol and ibprofen are not working, I am suppose to take the patch off soon, do I go back to the doctor since it still hurts really bad?

you have scratch on cornea. the idea of patch is to avoid id rubbing over it. infection should be prevented. Keep the patch for one day.i twill heal. ge it examined next day. if required antibiotic eye drop like ofloxsacin.3% can be used. but patch is to be kept for one more day. if you do not want to keep patch, then apply neosporine eye oint ment. after 2days itwill be normal
