Suggest Treatment For A Rash On The Face

I took a shower and wash my face with hand soap that I have never used before in my face, after i came out of the shower my right arm was really shaky as when you exercise with weights and I got a really bad rash in my face; I also noticed I just started my period right after and I had recently been pregnant 12/31/14 ( had a 20 week termination because the baby was in really bad shape) ... I also own two dogs. what could be causing my face rash?

According to your history the most likely cause of your facial rash is reaction to the hand soap. I think it has nothing to do with your pregnancy, periods or dogs. Dont use soap on your face instead use soap free cleanser for washing your face. Take tablet prednisolone and levocetrizine for 5 days and apply momatasone cream over the rash. This treatment will surely help you.
