Hello.
The small painful bump might be folliculitis a bacterial infection.
It needs to be treated with antibiotic creams such as mupirocine to be applied twice daily for a week.
Delayed period might be due to uterine fibroid.
Please get an ultrasound done.
Meet a doctor and get yourself examined.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you.
