Suggest Treatment For A Painful Lump On The Right Buttock

I have a lump on my right butt cheek. It does not have a head on it or look like a pimple. It is the same color as my skin, but it is a hard knot. It has been there for 3 months now. The pain Goes through the leg, sometimes causing Wellness and could feet. What could this be and should I be worried?

Hi,Welcome to HCM.You need to treat the hard painful lump for 3 mths,over the sciatic nerve course.Appears to be a subacute furunculitis with hardness and tenderness from chronic cellulitis around the bump.
Remedy-
Second Opinion from Surgeon and script for following drugs from him would resolve your issues.
Hot fomentation-
Tab Motrin
Tab Antibiotic
Keep a watch for abscess and if need be drain it.
