Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bumps On The Anus

I thought I had herpes since I was 18, I m now 27, this year I got a test, it was negative, so that means I misdiagnosed for almost 10 years, the uncomfortable bumps are on my anus, I m straight and never had anal inter course, which is what doctors ask, I also looked into hpv which can cause anal warts. I m confused and doctors here would rather tell me what s going on with my body, and don t appreciate me telling me what I think might be wrong.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of developing painful bumps on the anus in spite these are not herpes or warts. Yo never had anal intercourse and misdiagnosed till now as herpes.
So it is surely something and most probably these may be multiple cysts related to the skin around anus due to dermatitis or so.
Nothing to worry.
Consult a General Surgeon and get examined and get operated to get rid of these lumps and send them for histopathology examination to get the proper diagnosis.
Take multivitamins to strengthen the skin well.
Have Sitz bath after every bowel motion to clean the area with plain water.
