Suggest Treatment For A Painful Bump On The Penis Shaft

I have a bump on my penis that don t have any puss. It doesn t hurt, doesn t get bigger or smaller.there are other little flesh colored bumps. My gf doesn t have any symptoms of anything. I m having diarrhea and the skin on my sack and penis is raw. What could this be

Hi.

Bumps on the penis shaft are usually just irritated hair follicles, but I cannot be sure without a physical examination. Try a hot compress over the region for a week or so to see if it gets better.

As for the sore sack, try the application of clotrimazole cream twice daily for the next 10 days. If your symptoms disappear then awesome, if not then please report to a doctor for further examination, STD panel and management accordingly.
