Hi sir I have a small pimple in My ass crack.. Doctor said need small surgery... But thats already broken and bloods come out now I feel good and I hve medicine and ointment also... I asking onething sir I need surgery?

You are advised to continue with the antibiotics both locally and systemically till the lesion is completely healed. If it does not bother you, then further intervention will not be necessary but good hygiene like taking care to clear the sweat and frequent washing and drying will be sufficient. However, it it recurs the get your sugar levels tested and show yourself to the appropriate doctor.
