What questions are best to ask my oncologist about having a nodule discovered in the throat. by scan of lung area. Had radiation on right lung, in Dec. 2013, which has shown reduction in small cell growth after treatments. Thanks for any advise, radiation or surgery? From Mary.
first of all. it should be mentioned by radiologist that where are nodules in throat area. are they simple nodule on back of throat which may be due chronic pharyngitis or it may be complication of radiation. it they are lymph node then you should worry about.other wise they are not dangerous.
