Hi Dr. Sumit Bhatti, i fount a lump at the back of my ear lobe and my sister was trying to burst it as she thought it was a spot but white substance was coming out of it and she could pull it and it was stringy, there is a small bump left at the back of my ear lobe right now. i need a doctors opinion. thanks

It seems that you might be having infected sebaceous cyst giving this trouble.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
If cyst is there it should removed with sac under antibiotic medicine covering.
