Suggest Treatment For A Lump On The Arm

I had my wisdom teeth removed jan.30th and since then where the doctor put the needle in my arm to sedate me, it s made my arm sore but today I noticed a knot just above the elbow on the inside of the arm and it is very sore and feels warm to the touch...does this sound like a blood clot and if so what do I do?

I studied your query in details and understood your concerns.
@My impression of your case -is-mostly Abscess post-injection with Induration above elbow.
Treatment-
a-Antibiotics x 2 days
b-Incision Drainage -if un-ripe with partial abscess
c-Aspiration of abscess-if fully ripe abscess
d-Pressure bandage with packaging of the abscess cavity
So Consult a ER Surgeon who would-
do FBS and PPS and would do the needful treatment.
