General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As there is a history of past surgery, this issue is likely to be peri-anal abscess with internal extent (mostly recurrence). A clinical examination with consultant surgeon will reveal the best of the facts.

Primary help with sitz bath, prescription of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs with your doctor is the best option.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
