Suggest Treatment For A Lump In The Vagina And Burning Sensation While Urination

Hi i hAve a small bump near my g spot. Theres no odor no unusual discharge and no itch it does burn a little tiny bit when i pee but not to wear it s that uncomfortable the only thing is it like a little pain nothing major either but it has been bothering me i can feel it when i walk its very small

Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. G spot is on interior of vagina on anterior side. You have to put your fingers inside and palpate towards anterior to get that.Are you sure you have lumpy sensation on that area. If yes then it should be examined by a gynecologist to rule out any possibility of polyps. But if out side then it can be just boil or bartholinitis. This usually burn while urine fall on it. For this you can apply hot fomentation and apply betadine ointment.
