My husband just noticed a lump or ball in his testicle . it feels like an enlarges testicle; he is urinating as usual , he is not bleeding when he urinates either. Three months ago he went to his urologist for a regular check up and to get some cialis ; last week he noticed this and he says there is no pain .

I would advise him the following:
Consult the Urologist again.
Get ultrasonography and color doppler.
Semen analysis.
And get operated if indicated by your Urologist.
