Yes , I been dizzy for over fine days now and I just notice a knot on my artery of the neck. I notice a little of a cough and blurry eye sight. I went to hospital emergency had chest e-rays, eye checked and blood work not abnormal. What could be wrong? P.S. I didn't notice the neck until today.
1.The possible cause win this case could be lymph nodal enlargement, and vascular pathology in next place. 2.Lymph nodal enlargement can be seen in infection/inflammation/malignancy any where in the body. 3.In any case i would recumbent to get an ultrasound examination done. 4.Ultrasiound will exactly tells where the lump is taking up from, nature of the lump and its extensions, also if vascular - which vessel is involved. 5.In case of mass lesion - an FNAC - fine needle aspiration cytology to assess the nature of the lump. Good luck
