Suggest Treatment For A Lower Hanging Testicle

Can Someone Please Tell me whats going on, iam 19 years old and yesterday morning i was Masturbating, and all of a sudden while i was Masturbating my erection sorta went down and was very difficult to bring back up, so i kinda worried and stop Masturbating when i realized that it was very difficult to ejaculate for some reason. So i got scared and stopped and then i saw my right testicle hanging lower than the left one. which made me more scared and i tried even harder to bring some sperm out now just from how scared i was to know if my penis was working properly, and sperm did come out but was very liquidly. after that i touch my right testicle and it felt kind of loose in the sack and is lower than the left AM SOO SCARED RIGHT NOW! and i get this right side lower abdominal pain rate a 5/10 every now and then. So i masturbated again today to see if its working i forced myself because some people told me it could be blue balls and you just ejaculate to let out that sexual tension...And i did but the Ejaculation felt very strangely abnormal and very little sperm count came out, the sensation was not satisfying at all and the right testicle till today is still lower than the right. IAM SOO SCARED IVE NEVER BEEN THIS SCARED IN MY LIFE! AM AFRAID OF LOSING ONE OF MY TESTICLES! PLEASE HELP!

Hello and welcome to HCM. There's absolutely no reason for you to be so anxious.All men have either of their testis hanging lower than the other;usually,left is lower.the sperm count cannot be made out from the ejaculation,but,requires a semen analysis.understand that masturbating is a normal habit in all males.the abdominal pain is vague from your description,but, if it increases in severity, then you should have a check-up with a urologist, who will advise, if any testing, like an ultrasound scan of the abdomen is required.
